Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before using yespy.space. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Who Are We, Really?

Yespy Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not design, demolish, build, install, plumb, wire or repair anything. Any work in your home is done by an independent provider, never by Yespy Remodeling.

Does a Referral Mean We Vouch for Someone?

No. Connecting you with a provider is not an endorsement. We do not promise the quality, schedule, cost or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a particular time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, permits and conduct.

Just General Information

What you read on this site is general information. It is not professional, legal, design, engineering or financial advice. Every home and every remodel is different, so what suits one project may not suit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

What About Prices?

Any cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices vary with the job, your location, the materials and the condition of your home. Ask the provider for an itemized written quote before any work starts.

Payment and Financing

Yespy Remodeling does not offer loans, financing or payment plans, and we do not collect payment for remodeling work. The provider you choose sets its own payment terms. Read each contract carefully before you sign it.

Staying Safe

Remodeling can involve demolition, electrical wiring, gas lines and heavy materials. Homes built before 1978 may contain lead paint. Some older flooring, insulation or ceiling materials may need testing before anyone disturbs them. If you are unsure about a material, do not cut, sand or remove it. If you think anyone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Get Paid

Yespy Remodeling may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Is Everything Here Correct?

We work to keep this site accurate and current. Even so, we make no warranty that it is complete or without errors.
