Yespy Remodeling is a referral service. We connect homeowners in the Taunton area with independent providers. If you run a kitchen or bathroom remodeling business, you may be a fit for our network.

This is not a job posting. You stay independent and run your own company.

Who are we looking for?

We want providers who do solid work and treat homeowners well. The strongest fits usually handle:

• Bathroom remodeling, including tub and shower conversions
• Walk-in tubs and walk-in showers
• Custom bathroom renovations and luxury bath upgrades
• Full kitchen remodels

We focus on larger projects. Small repair jobs are usually not a match. We also do not connect homeowners in mobile homes.

What do we expect from you?

Homeowners need clear, honest providers. We ask that you:

• Hold the licenses and insurance your area requires
• Give written quotes that spell out scope and materials
• Answer questions in plain, specific language
• Be upfront about timing and what you can take on
• Treat every homeowner with respect, even when you are not the right fit

You are responsible for your own work, contracts, and permits.

Is local knowledge important?

Yes. Homes here are often older, with stone or block foundations, full basements, and Cape Cod or multi-family layouts. Cold winters and freeze-thaw cycles add moisture challenges. Providers who plan for this stand out.
